Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your LOTG account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

LOTG is currently in an early stage, and deletion requests are handled manually rather than through a self-serve in-app option. Email us from the address linked to your account at privacy@lotg.app with the subject “Account deletion”. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Account & profile data — name, email address, username and avatar.
Decision Evidence — the Scenarios you were shown and the Decisions you made.
Progression data — XP, Levels, Career Tier, Achievements and streaks.
Social data — friends, Friend Challenges and Community memberships.

What we may retain

We may retain limited data where required to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements, and we may keep aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you, for as long as needed for those purposes.
